BRASELTON, Ga. (RacingWire) - Road Atlanta is playing host to the 25th Anniversary celebration for the most popular chass in SCCA Club Racing.   Spec Racer ford is 25 years old and drivers from all over the United States have decened on the rolling hills of Road Atlanta to honor Spec Racer's history.

There were 149 entrants for the SCCA Spec Racer Ford Pro race, the USERE Spec Racer Challenge and the VIP race honoring the drivers who have made the class a success.

The largest race was the USERA Spec Racer Challenge with more than 70 starters.

Joining Spec Racer Ford for the weekend was the club's other spec class Formula Enterprises and a few Shelby Can-Am cars.
