DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Darren Law one of the drivers of the #5 Action Express Porsche/Riley. Darren will be providing us with some blog updates throughout the race.
Post-race Blog - The final portion of the race was really tough for us. We had no clutch, which doesn't matter when you're driving, but we lost a lot of time in the pits. We just had a lot of little problems that got us in the end – the valves in the car stuck and fuel spurted out and caught fire. I had to jump out of the car, so we lost more time there. The car itself was running great, but we got behind because of those issues. I did the final two hours and just brought it home.

3:15am Exclusive Video Blog -
RacingWire's exclusive video blog with Action Express Driver Darren Law following his night stint at the Rolex24. Law in the #5 Porsche/Riley was in P2 behind his teammate Terry Borcheller (#9 Porsche/Riley) when he pitted to hand over the steering wheel to David Donohue.
6:35pm - The first stint was pretty good. We started 13th and moved up to fifth. The car was fairly reasonable, a little off in handling, but we're just running a pace and staying out of trouble. It's pretty hectic with all the GT cars out there; some people just aren't thinking! I did a double stint and played it safe – if it was questionable, I just didn't make the move. We'll make minor adjustments in the handling, but so far, so good!
2:27pm - Race day is a very busy time for us, even though our race doesn't start until 3:30. We're up early and we have several things going on. We've got a team meeting when we first get to the track. Immediately following that, we have the official driver meeting for the series, then straight to the autograph session, then driver introductions, then it's race time. So there's very little time to have any kind of break, other than to run back, grab some food and get ready. Since I'm the starting driver, it's even more busy! But it looks like a great day for the fans and the teams. It's beautiful weather, not too hot. It should be a really good race.
