(RacingWire) - Indy Car driver and media superstar Danica Patrick is close to signing a deal to drive for Dale Earnhardt, Jr.'s JR Motorsports. Information on the potential deal was published Wednesday on ESPN.com.
According the the article, the deal is for two-years and includes 12 or 13 Nationwide races in 2010. GoDaddy, who has a relationship with both Patrick and Earnhardt, Jr. is backing the effort.
