(RacingWire) - Danica Patrick and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. headlined a news conference today announcing her NASCAR Nationwide Series debut races.

The opening race on her Nationwide calendar is Feb. 20th at California Speedway followed by Las Vegas the next weekend.

The announcement was made at a news conference broadcast live on SPEED.  

The remainder of her 13 race schedule will be announced at a later date, but it was indicated that she would not race from the start of the IndyCar season until after the Indianapolis 500.

The bulk of her races will be prior to and after the IndyCar season.
